The Eco Shopper is the best seller of 2008 and continues to have momentum into 2010! Lightweight, colorful, and 100% naturally dyed, the eco shopper bag can be used for any occasion and are machine washable. The fabric is hand block printed and these also can be customized with your logo and other information (see below for details) as a means to promote your company amongst your customers.
This bag is made by a group of artisans that specializes in wood block printing in north west India. Ramlal Khatri is the head of the group. He is a renowned artist who has won awards for his work. However, he was unable to sell his products and earn a living, and the colors of his art almost faded. Handmade Expressions decided to partner with Ramlal and his group, and together we developed the Eco Shopper reusable shopping bag. Ramlal has now hired 20 extra tailors to help him stitch the bags made from his fabrics. His son is now planning on going to college, something Ramlal is very proud of.
